Valentine’s Day Sweet Recipe Round Up

One last Valentine’s post; I couldn’t leave out the sweetest part of the day…the sweets!  If you’ve waited until the last minute, I’ve got solutions for you.  If you want to do something a little more special,  like cake balls, I’ve got you covered there too.

Here’s a short collection of some sweet treats that will help Valentine’s Day be the best one ever!

Chocolate Drizzle Salted Kettle Corn.  A little salty sweet perfection that is utterly addictive.

Chocolate Marshmallow Crunch Cookies.  The cornflakes make it.  Also, the lacy edges.  Also, everything.

Sparkly Pink M&M Cookies.  They’re basically M&M cookies but pink.  Valentine’s day!

Roasted Strawberry Muffins.  They’re sweet and you can eat them for breakfast.  Frozen strawberries would probably work too!

Salted Caramel Cake Balls.  These are my favorite dessert ever.  They’re a little time consuming, but totally worth it.  (Pink candy melts to coat them would be festive, too!)

Classic Chocolate Cake.  With silky ganache icing.  It’s incredible.

Strawberry and Dark Chocolate Galette.  Pretty, elegant, and not overly sweet.  Love it.

Fudge Brownies with Pretzel Crust.  Salty, sweet, chocolate.  This is K’s favorite always and forever.

Hope you all have a sweet Valentine’s day.  I love you all and wish I could make you something chocolate, pretzel, caramel, pink M&M, strawberry.  You know, something like that.
